📌For iOS devices:
1. Go to the Help and Support section in the Settings.
2. Tap the Contact Us button in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Describe your issue in as many details as possible and tap on a paper plane icon.
4. You'll be brought into the conversation with a chat bot where you'll need to pick a proper category for your request. After you answer all the necessary questions, one of our support agents will get in touch with you shortly.
📌For Android devices:
1. Go to the Help and Support section in the Settings.
2. Open any article in any section.
3. Scroll down, find the Was this article helpful? question and tap on No. Once you do, the Contact us button will appear instead.
4. Tap on it and you'll be brought into a conversation with a chatbot. After you pick the proper category and answer all the necessary questions, one of our support agents will get in touch with you shortly.
📌For MacOS devices:
1. Open the in-game Settings menu and click Help and Support.
2. Wait for the chat icon to appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and click on it.
3. Provide your name and email address.
4. Provide as much information about the issue as possible in the message and click Submit.
📌For Windows devices:
1. Go to the Help and Support section in Settings.
2. Fill out the form and click Submit.
