If you haven’t received or can’t make a purchase, these steps can quickly help you resolve the issue in most cases:
Check your connection. A stable internet connection is needed for purchases to process and items to appear in your game. We recommend Wi-Fi, or at least a stable 5G/4G connection. If the connection was lost during or right after your purchase, try restarting your device and check if the items appear.
Beat a few levels and restart the game. This can help your game sync with the store and download any pending purchases.
Wait a few minutes and try again. All in-game purchases are processed by the App store. It might be overloaded and unable to process your request.
Restart your device. This will resolve common issues caused by the Store’s app.
If you’ve never made a purchase, check your payment information. Make sure that the information you entered is correct and that the payment method is supported by the store. You can find this information on the App Store’s website.
If you still can’t make a purchase, please contact the store’s Customer Support.

Whether it was a regular or special offer.
The approximate time of your purchase.
A copy of the receipt that the App Store emails to you shortly after the purchase, or a screenshot of your purchase history. Please make sure the date, pack information, price, and Transaction ID are clearly visible. We can only help with missing purchases if you provide this.
