If you believe you haven't received your reward for the event, please check the following:

• If the event for which you were expecting a reward has a leaderboard (like Helicopter Dash or Golf Masters), please double-check it to make sure you have earned the position that makes you qualify for the reward.

• If the reward included Unlimited lives, please note that they are activated instantly, right after they are shown on the reward screen, and disappear after their timer runs out

• If you previously manually adjusted time and date settings on your device, this may cause issues with rewards. Change this setting back to the automatic update, to avoid such issues in the future

• Try to remember your most recent actions in the game: were you playing levels? Were you active in an event? Did you spend some of your resources while playing?

If you're still sure you didn't receive the reward for the event, or you believe it was credited incorrectly, please reach out to the Support and mention the following details:
- From which event are you missing your reward?
- If the event has stages, for which stage was the reward?
- What is the content of the reward, and is it missing fully or partially?
- What happened before you noticed that the reward was missing?
