There is already a Gardenscapes game on your device, but you want to make a new account? Or do you wish to transfer your existing game to a device where somebody else's game has been installed from before?
This situation often happens when you use a device that once belonged to someone else who played Gardenscapes. To start a new account on such a device, please follow the steps below, depending on your device type.
For iOS devices:
- Sign out of the previously used Apple ID following these instructions: Sign out of iCloud on your devices
- Create and log in with a new Apple ID: How to create a new Apple Account
- Delete the Gardenscapes app, and download it again from the App Store
- You may sign in with your Facebook and/or Google account – but do not use the accounts associated with the game previously installed on your device
For Android devices:
- If your Android device supports multiple user profiles, create a new one, according to these instructions: Delete, switch, or add users
- Finish the setup
- After that, open the app store in the new profile and download Gardenscapes.
- You may sign in with your Facebook and/or Google account – but do not use the accounts associated with the game previously installed on your device
In all other cases:
If you wish to unlink an existing Gardenscapes account from your device to start a new one there, but the above methods didn't work, or if you have another type of device, please contact the Support and specify the details in your request. The team will help you unsync the existing account.
