An event that you expected to start didn't appear in the game? In this article, you will find possible reasons for this and solutions.

📅 Double-check the date and time the event is scheduled to start
On our official social media platforms, we publish announcements about events. The event schedule for the upcoming month is published on the first day of the month on our official Facebook page. Check to make sure you're right on track with the schedule.

Check if you meet the launch conditions for the event
Some events unlock only after a certain level in the game. To check the launch conditions of a certain event:

  • Go to one of the relevant sections of the FAQ portal: Events & Tournaments for competitions, Expeditions, or Collections.
  • Find the article about the event and check the launch conditions: level and the mansion task, after which the event unlocks.

If you find that you need to progress further in the game, play on, and the event will unlock once the conditions are met. 

⚙️ Check the compatibility with the additional system requirements

Some events require more available storage space on your device than the minimal system requirements for the game. For example, to play Expedition, you need to have at least 1GB of free space on your device. 

🌐 Check the internet connection

Before a big event is rolled out, the game has to download additional data to run it smoothly. If during that time you experience weak connection, this may affect the launch of the event.

  • Make sure your internet connection is reliable and stable: it’s recommended to use Wi-Fi instead of mobile data.
  • If you are connected to a public Wi-Fi network, it may have speed or traffic limitations. This can cause issues with updating, even if web pages load normally. We recommend using a home Wi-Fi or a 5G or 4G mobile network with a good signal.

🛠️ Other troubleshooting methods

  • Restart your device: sometimes, a simple restart can solve the issue.
  • Reinstall the game: completely uninstall the game and download the latest version from the app store. Your progress will not be lost!

🕜 Did you manually change time and date settings on your device?
If you recently manually adjusted the time and date on your device, it may cause the in-game timers to misbehave, resulting in events not appearing as scheduled. If you did, please contact our Player Support for assistance.
