How to contact us through the game on an Android device:

  1. Enter the game, tap on the Settings button located at the top right side of the home screen, and tap on the Support button.

  2. Choose any section and open an article.

  3. Tap No at the bottom of the article in response to the question, then tap Contact Us to start the conversation. If you have had previous dialogues with support, click on New Conversation inside the dialogue.

  4. Thoroughly describe your issue in the message and tap on the ▶️ icon.
    Afterwards, select the category that best fits your inquiry.
