How to contact us through the game on an Android device:

Tap No at the bottom of the article in response to the question, then tap Contact Us to start the conversation. If you have had previous dialogues with support, click on New Conversation inside the dialogue.

Thoroughly describe your issue in the message and tap on the ▶️ icon.
Afterwards, select the category that best fits your inquiry.
