Here's how you get in touch:

Go to the Help section in game Settings.

Open any article in any section.

Scroll down, find the Was this article helpful? question and tap on No. Once you do, the Contact us button will appear instead.

Tap on it and you'll be brought into a conversation with a chatbot. After you pick the proper category and answer all the necessary questions, one of our support agents will get in touch with you shortly.
If you can't open the game at all, please do the following:
1. Open our Web Support page.
2. Wait for the chat icon to appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and tap/click on it 💬
3. Provide as much information about the issue as possible in the message and tap/click on ➡️
4. Provide your name and email address, and then pick the appropriate type of problem.
Please note:
Choose the most appropriate category for a quick response from our team. For example, if you haven't received a purchased item, pick "In-app purchases". Lost objects, however, fall under a different category.
