Sometimes iPad can run out of virtual memory, and then applications start to crash or freeze.

In this situation, please turn the device off completely and restart it, then open the game. To restart your device:

  • Power-off your device completely by holding down the Home and Power buttons until you get the message 'slide to power off.'
  • Power off your device by sliding.
  • Wait 10 seconds and then turn your device back on by holding down the Power button.


If the problem still exists
, please try to re-install the game using the instructions below. Kindly note that in this case the game progress will be lost. To reinstall your game app:

  • Make sure you are logged into the account that you originally used to buy the game.
  • Press and hold down the game icon on your device until all icons start wiggling with an 'x' on the upper corner of each icon.
  • Press the 'x' for the game that you wish to delete.
  • Go to the App Store on your device, search for the game that you just deleted and download it.
  • Start the game and in the Main Screen tap on the button 'Buy', then tap on 'Purchase Now'.The following message will appear:

'Confirm your In-App purchase
Do you want to buy one 'Name of the game' for $xx.xx?'

  • Tap on ‘Buy’. If you have already purchased this app, the following message will appear:

'You've already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free'

  • Then the following message comes up:

'Thank you. Your purchase was successful.’
