Most likely this problem is caused by the video card or the graphics driver. In this case, please send us your brief PC specs.

The best way to get that info is to open the START menu and choose 'run...' or to press together Windows button + R on your keyboard. A small window called ‘Run’ will appear in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen; type in: "dxdiag" and hit ENTER or click on ‘OK’ button. If needed, allow to collect information about your computer. Then you will receive a comprehensive report. Click on the button 'SAVE all Information... at the bottom of the window and save it as a .txt file.
