First of all, please re-install the game; it could be that the game files were corrupted somehow. Please uninstall the game through the included uninstaller (START --> Programs --> Playrix Entertainment --> The name of the game --> uninstall).

If you kept the originally downloaded set up file of the game, be sure to use it. If not, re-download the game from our website or request a new download link from our Support Team.
