Usually full versions of the games are recognized automatically right after the purchase but, unfortunately, sometimes errors occur and the system cannot recognize certain purchases. 

First of all, try to completely turn your device off (note that it is different from putting it to the Sleep mode) and restart it. If this does not help, please try to delete the game and then download and install the same version of it from Google Play Market / Amazon once again using the same account. 

If the problem still exists after that, please try to tap the 'Buy' button in the game and complete the process as if you are purchasing the game again. Google Play and Amazon allow to re-install purchased apps for free, so, in this case you should not be charged anything.
