If you experience troubles registering your game or receive a message that your Registration Key is invalid, first of all, please try to register the game once again using the instructions below. 

1. Download the game and install it on your computer. Download links are now sent automatically when the order is processed. If you cannot find the link, please open the game's page on our website and download its trial version from there. Save the setup file to your hard drive and then simply double-click on it. It will guide you through the installation process. 

2. To unlock the full version of the game you need to enter your Registration Key. Here is how to do it:

After installing the game double click on the Desktop icon with the name of the game --> in the opened window click the 'Enter Info' button (it is located at the bottom, under the title 'Already purchased?') --> copy and paste your Registration Key from your Confirmation Letter and then enter it. 

Please note that registration keys are very difficult to re-create by typing. Your registration information would need to be entered exactly the way it is in the letter for the product to work. You may want to try to copy and paste the registration information into the proper fields of the program. The way to do this is to highlight the Key with your left mouse button from the Confirmation Letter (do not include the spaces around it - just the Key) and then right-click your mouse on the highlighted text so that you get the pop-up menu that gives you the option to "copy". You can then click the cursor into the registration key field in the appropriate screen and right-click to choose the option to "paste". This function will move the information to the registration field.
