You can transfer your progress between devices by connecting the game on your new device to the same Facebook, Google account or Apple ID used on your first device 📲

🌸 Using Facebook:
1. Install the game from the store on your new device.
2. Connect the newly installed game to the same Facebook account used on your old device.
3. Tap/click "Select" in the pop-up window in the "On server" option.
4. Type OK and press Confirm

🌸 Using your Apple ID (devices must have iOS 13.0/macOS 10.15 or higher):
1. Install the game from the App Store on your new device.
2. Connect the newly installed game to the same Apple ID used on your old device.
3. Tap/click "Select" in the pop-up window in the "On server" option.
4. Type OK and press Confirm.

🌸 Using your Google account (Android):
1. Download the game from the store on your new device.
2. Connect the newly installed game to the same Google account used on your old device.
3. Tap/click "Select" in the pop-up window in the "On server" option.
4. Type OK and press Confirm.

🌸 If your game isn't connected to an account, don’t worry! Our Customer Support can transfer your progress manually 👩‍💻 Here’s how:
1. Open Settings on your old device. Your Player ID will be at the bottom of the window (e.g. 20123456789). Contact Support on your new device, mentioning this Player ID.
2. If you can't find your Player ID or can’t access your old device, please contact Support and we'll do our best to help!

PLEASE NOTE:
🌿 Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer your progress on our Facebook platform to any other platform.
🌿 Make sure you have a stable internet connection and your devices meet system requirements.
🌿 Please be aware that access to Facebook programs and services can be restricted in certain countries or regions. In such cases, we comply with local laws and regulations.
