💚 On an iOS/Android device:
1. Open Settings ⚙️ and tap Help and Support.
2. Tap on the white button in the top right corner.
3. Provide the relevant info, tap on the ▶️ icon, and select the category Progress related issues
4. Select I'd like to start the game anew category.
5. Select ✔️ Yes, I want to restart the game category.
6. Restart your device and enter OK in the pop-up window.

💚 On a macOS device:
1. Open the in-game Settings ⚙️ and click "Help and Support."
2. Wait for the chat icon to appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and click on it.
3. Provide the relevant info, click on the ▶️ icon, and select the category Progress related issues
4. Select I'd like to start the game anew category.
5. Select ✔️ Yes, I want to restart the game category.
6. Restart your device and enter OK in the pop-up window.

💚 On our Facebook platform:
1. Open the game on Facebook in one of the recommended browsers (Google Chrome or Firefox).
2. Click on the Support team button above the game window.
3. Fill out the form and click Submit.

💚 On a Windows device:
1. Go to the Help and Support section in Settings ⚙️
2. Fill out the form and click Submit
