💚 On an iOS/Android device:
1. Open Settings ⚙️ and tap Help and Support.
2. Go to any article in any section.
3. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see "Was this helpful?" Tap No, then tap Contact Us.
4. Provide the relevant info, tap "Submit", and select the appropriate category (Remaining categories >> Personal data and progress deletion).

💚 On a macOS device:
1. Open the in-game Settings ⚙️ and click "Help and Support."
2. Wait for the chat icon to appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and click on it.
3. Provide the relevant information and click "Submit"
4. Provide your name and email address and pick the appropriate category (Remaining categories >> Personal data and progress deletion).

💚 On our Facebook platform:
1. Open the game on Facebook in one of the recommended browsers (Google Chrome or Firefox).
2. Click on the "Support team" button above the game window.
3. Fill out the form and click "Submit."

💚 On a Windows device:
1. Go to the Help and Support section in Settings ⚙️
2. Fill out the form and click "Submit"

🌱 If the game on your current device is connected to an account (Facebook, Google, Apple ID), avoid connecting your other device to the same account, or your progress may sync!
