Here's how to contact our Customer Support to reset your progress:
💫 On an iOS/Android device:
- Open Settings ⚙️ and tap Help and Support.
- Tap on the white button in the top right corner.
- Provide the relevant info, tap on the ▶️ icon, and select the category Progress related issues
- Select I'd like to start the game anew category.
- Select Yes, I want to restart the game category.
- Restart your device and enter OK in the pop-up window.
💫 On a macOS device:
- Open the in-game Settings ⚙️ and click "Help and Support."
- Wait for the chat icon to appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and click on it.
- Provide the relevant info, click on the ▶️ icon, and select the category Progress related issues
- Select I'd like to start the game anew category.
- Select Yes, I want to restart the game category.
- Restart your device and enter OK in the pop-up window.
💫 On our Facebook platform:
- Open the game on Facebook in one of the recommended browsers (Google Chrome or Firefox).
- Click on the Support team button above the game window.
- Fill out the form and click Submit.
💫 On a Windows device:
- Go to the Help and Support section in Settings ⚙️
- Fill out the form and click Submit
Please note:
– You can also play on another device to start from the beginning.
– If the game on your current device is connected to an account (Facebook, Google, Apple ID), avoid connecting your other device to the same account, or your progress may sync.
– We cannot reset the game for cheaters.
