Reinstalling or restarting the game can often solve most of the problems you might encounter 😊
🔸Restarting the game is easy - simply force quit the application and launch it again.
🔸Reinstalling the game is a little tricker, so please follow these steps to avoid losing your game progress:
- Make sure your game is connected to your Google ID, Apple ID or Facebook account. Please note that we do not recommend connecting multiple Facebook accounts to the game as it may interfere with your progress.
- Fully delete the app - For iOS, tap and hold the game's icon until it shakes, then tap the X sign. For Android, go to Settings > Apps, select the game, and tap Delete.
- Restart your device, and download the app from the app store again.
- Check that your internet connection is stable before playing. We recommend using Wi-Fi or 4G/5G as they offer a better connection.
- Once you launch the game, you'll see a pop-up window with an option to load your game progress. Confirm your choice and enjoy the game! 💫
