Our team is doing their best to promptly fix technical issues so you can get back to your garden adventure. However, some issues can be trickier to catch than others.
🎮 Game Blocked: Multiple versions installed on the device If you're using an Android device, having several Gardenscapes apps can lead to the game being blocked.
Solution: To continue playing, keep just one version of the game on your device and remove any extras. If that doesn't work, follow the steps in this article.
📱 Graphic issues in the Samsung Galaxy Fold devices If you're using the Samsung Galaxy Fold device (Galaxy Z Flip (5G) or Galaxy Fold (5G)), you may experience some graphical issues.
Solution: Please check the instructions in the article.
⌨️ Chat messages can not be sent on Android 10 If you're using a Xiaomi or HUAWEI device with Android 10, you may experience difficulties when trying to send messages in the clan chat.
Solution: Please try deactivating the floating keyboard in the settings of your device. If this doesn't resolve the issue, don't worry, a fix will be available in future updates of the game.
💰 Missing invite reward You didn’t receive your reward after inviting a friend to the game.
Solution: First, check your friend has met the invite requirements. Restart your device and reinstall the game, make sure your device time and date settings are correct. If that doesn’t help, contact support with your friend’s Player ID and game name.
📜 Game freezes on some tasks, or no tasks in To-Do List Completing a garden task causes the game to freeze, or the in-game tablet To-Do list is empty.
Working on it: Restart your device and reinstall the game. If it doesn’t help, take a screenshot of your To-Do list and contact Support.
🏡 Can’t change holiday decorations You’re unable to change certain decorations back to default (ex. the mansion gate or stairs).
Solution: Continue working on your garden - this issue will be fixed in the future updates.
👩🌾 Characters are malfunctioning Austin and other characters are acting strangely, ex. walking on closed garden areas.
Working on it: Restart your device and reinstall the game. If the issue persists, take a video or screenshot and contact Support
🗣️ Text is in the wrong language or typo error Parts of the game are in the wrong language or translated incorrectly.
Working on it: Take a screenshot and contact Support.
🛡️ Inactive leader or team members Your team leader or members don’t play the game anymore.
Solution: Leaders can’t be removed, and only leaders can remove other members. Once leaders leave the team, their position is transferred to the second player who joined. Try asking them to return to the game or making a team of your own!
🏆 Events & competitions not working Events and competitions end early or don’t start at all.
Solution: Make sure your device meets system requirements, and check your device time and date settings are correct. Restart your device and reinstall the game. Some events might be unavailable on certain levels, or if you’re part of a bug testing group.
🎟️ Golden ticket not activated After purchasing, the Golden ticket doesn't activate.
Solution: Restart your device and reinstall the game. If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of your purchase receipt and contact Support.
👬 Missing friends Your Facebook friends have disappeared from your friend list.
Solution: Check when your friends last logged in, as inactive users can disappear from your friend list and follow the steps in this helpful article.
