Have you lost your game progress? We're here to help!
Here's what you should do:
- Restart your device and reinstall the game.
- Connect the game to your previously used Facebook, Google, or Apple ID account.
- Tap/click "Select" on the "On Server" pop-up window.
- Type OK and press Confirm.
If your progress isn't restored, please contact Customer Support with the following information:
– What happened before you lost progress (e.g. game update, device change).
– Your Player ID for the account that lost progress.
– Google Play A copy of an in-app purchase receipt with a visible purchase number (e.g. GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345).
– Your team’s name/tag (e.g. HTW3TM).
– Your in-game name, your dog’s in-game name, and your level.
– The garden area you were restoring (e.g. statue, treehouse).
– The last tasks you completed in your garden (e.g. fixing a fountain, watering flowers).

– We're unable to help unless we have sufficient information about your game.
– Make sure you have a stable internet connection and your device meets system requirements.
