  1. Open the in-game Settings ⚙️ and click "Help and Support."
  2. Wait for the chat icon to appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and click on it 💬
  3. Provide the relevant information and click "Submit"
  4. Provide your name and email address and pick the appropriate category (Remaining categories >> Personal data and progress deletion).

🌱 If the game on your current device is connected to an account (Facebook, Google, Apple ID), avoid connecting your other device to the same account, or your progress may sync!
