To contact us through the game on a macOS device, please do the following:
1. Open the in-game Settings menu and click Help and Support.
2. Wait for the chat icon to appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and click on it.
3. Provide as much information about the issue as possible, click ▶️ and pick the appropriate type of problem.
4. Answer all questions asked.
📩 If you have previously opened dialogs, then reply Yes to the question Did we answer all your questions? and click New Conversation button.
