Playrix applications never make unauthorized purchases. All purchases are processed by the application store from which you downloaded the game.
If you have reason to believe that someone has made a purchase without your knowledge, please check your purchase history:

If you're certain that the unauthorized purchase was made in one of our games, please contact our Player Support directly from the game settings. Please make sure to provide all the necessary details, including:
🔸 The exact number of purchased items.
🔸 A copy of your receipt or a screenshot of your purchase history in the application store. Receipts are emailed to the account you used when making the purchase.
📌 IMPORTANT NOTE: Without a receipt or a screenshot of your purchase history, we won't be able to help you properly. The receipt must include the date of purchase, the name of the bundle, the price, and the transaction number.
📌 Please note that we do not accept bank statements or SMS alerts about money withdrawals.
