Every team member has an assigned role with specific responsibilities and limitations. Here’s a quick overview of each one.

Team Leader:

• is the player in charge of the team and is usually the one who created it
• can change team settings, including the description, required level, emblem, and team type
• can remove players from the team and approve requests to join
• can be demoted to co-leader if they haven’t completed a level within the past 14 days

Co-leader:

• is appointed by the team leader. A team can have up to 3 co-leaders
• can also change team settings
• can remove players from the team (except the Team Leader and other co-leaders) and manage join requests
• is automatically promoted to Team Leader if they are the most active member and the previous leader becomes inactive or leaves the team

Regular members:

• can participate in the team chat
• can request lives and cards
• can receive rewards for participating in Team Rating, purchasing a Garden Pass, or helping other team members

Please note:

• If there are no active Co-leaders, leadership is transferred to the longest-standing active team member. A player is considered active if they have completed at least one level within the past 14 days.
• Players are removed from their teams automatically if they are inactive in the game for more than 180 days (6 months).
• The Support Team is unable to change leadership or intervene in team activities.
