Ensuring a safe gaming environment is our top priority, and Parental Controls help to achieve that. Through it, you, as a parent/ guardian, can manage your child’s access to specific features, such as making in-app purchases and using the team chat.

How to enable the parental controls:
1. Open Settings
2. Select Parental Control
3. Set PIN

You must provide a valid email address and complete the verification process. Once your email is verified, you will be prompted to create a PIN, which will be required to manage Parental Control settings.

Changing your PIN
1. Open Settings
2. Select Parental Control
3. Choose Forgot PIN to start the reset process

To confirm your request, we will send a One-Time Code to the verified email address used when activating this feature.

Please note
Losing access to the email address used to set up Parental Control will render it impossible to reset your PIN or modify settings related to Chat or Purchases.
