When you leave or are removed from the team then:

• You can rejoin the same team only after 7 days, provided it has fewer than 50 members.

This rule also applies if the team leader rejects your request to join or removes you from the team.

You can also leave the team yourself. Here’s how:

1. Open the team icon.
2. Under the team emblem, find the About Team button.
3. Confirm your choice by selecting Leave.

IMPORTANT:

• Frequently changing teams within a day may result in a temporary restriction on joining. The limit resets daily and is in place to protect teams from suspicious activity.
• A team is automatically deleted if the last member leaves it.
