At the start of the Collection event, every player receives one card pack containing several cards. After that, additional card packs can be earned as rewards, through events, or by exchanging with friends.

Card packs come in all sorts of colours:
- Sapphire Pack: Contains 6 cards. One of them is guaranteed to be new.
- Ruby Pack – Contains 6 cards. One card is guaranteed to have at least 3 stars.
- Lazurite Pack – Contains 4 cards.
- Emerald Pack – Contains 3 cards.
- Bronze Pack – Contains 2 cards.
