Why is my Player ID important?

Your Player ID is an 11-digit number that's unique to your game. If you lose progress or need assistance, it helps us to quickly identify your account!

Where can I find my Player ID?
- Open the game and click the Settings gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Your Player ID will be at the bottom of the Settings window and look like this: 12345678910
- When contacting our support team (especially not from the game settings), make sure to include your Player ID in your request.

HELPFUL TIPS
- Take note of your Player ID in case you lose access to your device or lose your progress.
