The game may be blocked if several Gardenscapes apps from different app stores are installed on your device.

To resolve this, please delete the additional apps and restart your device. Afterwards, you can continue using the official Gardenscapes app.

If this doesn't help, please open a new report with a screenshot confirming you have only one Gardenscapes app on your device. Here's how:

  1. Open Settings ➡️ Apps ➡️ All apps/App management.

  2. Enter "Gardenscapes" in the search bar.

  3. Take a screenshot of the results.
