🌊 How to save my progress without Facebook
Copy your unique player ID (found under Settings > “i”) and send it to our support team. We’ll be happy to restore your progress.

🌊I bought the Gold Pass more than once this season
Please contact us through the in-game support—here’s how. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

🌊 My unlimited boosters have disappeared/My safe bonus wasn't added to my account
The timer for unlimited boosters starts as soon as the reward is received, not when you press Claim.
The button simply confirms that the reward has been delivered—waiting to press it won’t pause or delay the timer.

🌊 I didn't get the reward for inviting my friends
If your friend has already completed a few levels with a stable internet connection, please make sure the following conditions were met:
1. Your friend must be completely new to the game and have never played it before.
2. If they are found to be cheating, you won’t receive the rewards.

🌊 My events disappeared
This usually happens when the in-game timer is not working correctly. Please set your device’s date and time settings to automatic mode. To learn how to do this, please refer to your device’s manual or support site.

🌊 My game crashed or closed, and I lost my Super Lightning
If the game is closed — whether it crashes, freezes, or is manually closed — before the level ends, it will count as a loss. This means both the level and your Super Lightning streak may be lost.
If you’re experiencing frequent crashes, we recommend reaching out to our support team so we can look into it for you.

🌊 My Gemstone Trail disappeared
The Gemstone Trail is a time-limited event that ends either when the timer runs out or when you’ve completed all stages and claimed all available rewards.
If it disappeared before the timer expired, it usually means you’ve finished all the stages and claimed every reward 💰

🌊 My Team Chest event ended
The Team Chest event ends once the team reaches the goal. If it’s gone, it usually means that your teammates completed it while you were away.
