Why is my Player ID important?

Your Player ID is a unique 11-digit number linked to your account. If you lose progress or need assistance, it will help us quickly locate your account and resolve the issue.

🕵️‍♀️Where can I find my Player ID?

• Open the game and click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner ⚙️
• Tap the ℹ️ icon at the bottom of the Settings menu to view your Player ID. It will look like this: 12-345-678-910.
• When contacting our support team (especially outside the game), be sure to include your Player ID in your request.

Helpful Tips

• Make a note of your Player ID to quickly restore your game progress or account access in the future, if needed.
• Keep your Player ID private and share it only with trusted individuals.
