Why is my ID important?

Your ID is a unique 7-character alphanumeric code linked to your account. If you lose progress or need assistance, it will help us quickly locate your account and resolve the issue.

🕵️‍♀️ Where can I find my ID?

• Open the game and click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner ⚙️
• Tap the info icon at the bottom of the Settings menu to view your ID. It will look something like this: Y93K01LS8.
• When contacting our support team, especially outside the game, be sure to include your ID.
