Are your in-game friends missing? Here is what you can do to fix the issue 🛠️

✔️ Check your connection to the internet. Ensure it's working right and is stable;
✔️ Confirm that your game is connected to Facebook;
✔️ Restart your device. Temporary issues with sending and receiving data could be causing the problem, and a restart is the quickest fix;
✔️ Open game settings, and select "Save progress - > Sign out of Facebook" to disconnect the game from Facebook. Once this is completed, restart your device, re-enter the game, and reconnect to Facebook.

If you are still having issues seeing your in-game friends, please try the following:
✔️ Open the Facebook page in a web browser, and log into your profile;
✔️ Go to Settings -> Apps and websites -> Logged in using Facebook -> Active;
✔️ Select Fishdom from the list of games that appears, and make sure Friends list is checked;
✔️ Restart your device, and re-enter the game.

If you don't see our game on the Active list, access to your friends' list may have expired. This can be renewed by the following steps:
✔️ Go to Settings -> Apps and websites -> Logged in using Facebook -> Expired;
✔️ Choose Fishdom -> Renew.

If none of the steps so far have helped, you can try deleting the game from the Facebook app list. Don't worry, doing so won't affect your current game progress in any way whatsoever. Here is how you can do this:
✔️ Open the Facebook page in a browser, and log into your profile;
✔️ Go to Settings -> Apps and websites -> Logged in using Facebook -> Active;
✔️ Tick the game and choose remove;
✔️ Restart your device, enter the game, and reconnect it to Facebook from the in-game settings.

🛡️ To be able to send and receive lives, both you and your friends would need to allow the game to access your Facebook friends lists;
🛡️ It has become mandatory to grant this permission since the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
🛡️ If only you have been given access to your friends' list, you will not be able to see your friends on the list until your friends have given access to their friends' list too.
