If you're sure the purchase was made in our game but you didn’t authorize it, you can contact your app store’s support to request a refund. If the issue isn’t resolved there, please reach out to our in-game support team.

Please make sure to provide all the necessary details, including:

  • The exact number of purchased items.
  • A copy of your receipt or a screenshot of your purchase history in the application store. Receipts are emailed to the account you used when making the purchase. Please note that we do not accept bank statements or SMS alerts about money withdrawals.
