To unlock a new aquarium, you must ensure that all of your previous aquariums have 3 stars each. Stars within aquariums can be earned by adding fish and decorations to them 🌟

If you are unable to unlock a new aquarium, there is a chance you're lacking a beauty star in one of your older aquariums. When you are just a few beauty points short of getting the last star, the stars bar in the aquarium selection window may appear full even though it isn't.

Try visiting every aquarium you've unlocked and check if you collected all three beauty stars.

Please note:

– Please check the stars in the aquariums themselves, not in the aquarium selection window.

– After the recent update, the number of beauty points in some of your aquariums might have decreased. That, in turn, could have influenced your number of beauty stars.

– If you're positive that you've collected all the beauty stars, yet you still can't unlock a new aquarium, please contact our Customer Support, and we'll do our best to help!
