If the game freezes while downloading resources, or if you see an error that reads "The resources required to continue the game could not be loaded," try following these steps:
1. Tap "Try again" several times and give it some time.
2. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If you are using your mobile internet service, try connecting to a Wi-Fi network instead.
3. Delete the app from your device and reinstall it from the app store. You won't lose your game progress if you remain connected to the internet throughout.
4. Make sure that your device meets the minimum system requirements.
