The team leader is the player responsible for managing the team and has usually created the team. They can change the team settings e.g. team description, required level, badge, type, and choose co-leaders.

Leaders can also remove players from the team. Removed players may request to rejoin the team after a 7-day waiting period if the team hasn’t reached 50 members.
If the leader leaves the team, the co-leader (if there is one), or whoever joined the team earliest becomes the new leader.

If the team leader hasn’t been active in over 14 days, leadership is automatically transferred to the longest-standing co-leader, if there is one, or to the person who’s been in the team the longest—provided they’ve been active in the past 7 days.
