Parental Control allows parents to manage their child’s access to specific features, such as making in-app purchases and using the team chat.

How to enable Parental Control

To activate it, go to Settings → Parental Control → Set PIN, and follow the setup instructions. You must provide a valid email address and complete the verification process.

Once your email is verified, you will be prompted to create a PIN, which will be required to manage Parental Control settings.

How to change your PIN

You can change your PIN at any time or reset it if you have forgotten it. Just open Settings, select Parental Control, and then choose Forgot PIN to start the reset process.

Please note that for security purposes, we will send a One-Time Code to the verified email address you provided when activating Parental Control to confirm your request.
