All purchases in Fishdom on Mac are processed securely by the App Store. Playrix doesn’t process payments or store any financial information.

If you’d like to request a refund or cancel a purchase, please contact Apple Support directly:
- Cancel a purchase from the App Store
- App Store Support page — select “Get help with your purchases and refunds.”

To speed up the process, prepare your purchase details — order number, date, time, and receipt.

If you were charged extra or notice an unfamiliar purchase, please bear in mind that sometimes several purchases are grouped into a single transaction, or the receipt may take a few days to arrive.

All transactions are handled directly by Apple, and Fishdom never charges more than the listed price.

If, after checking, you’re sure a charge was made by mistake or for a game you don’t have installed, contact Apple Support first. If Apple refers you to Playrix, please contact our Support team and include copies of your transaction receipts.
