All in-game purchases in Fishdom are processed securely by the app store where the game was downloaded. Playrix doesn’t process payments or store any financial details.

To speed up the process, prepare your purchase details — order number, date, time, and receipt.

If you were charged extra or notice an unfamiliar purchase, please bear in mind that several items may sometimes be combined into a single transaction, or a charge may appear a few days after payment. All transactions are handled directly by the app store, and Fishdom never charges more than the listed price.

Check your purchase history in your app store and compare it with the receipts sent to your email address.

If, after checking, you’re sure a charge was made by mistake or for a game you don’t have installed, contact the store’s support service first. If the store refers you to Playrix, reach out to our Support team and include copies of your transaction receipts.
