First, please check your purchase history in the App Store

If you’re certain the purchase was made in one of our games, please contact Player Support from the game settings and include the number of purchased items and a copy or screenshot of your receipt or purchase history. The receipt must include the date of purchase, the name of the bundle, the price, and the transaction number. We can’t accept bank statements or SMS notifications.

If your purchase didn’t arrive in full or seems to be missing something, try the following:
1. Restart the game, this often helps items appear correctly.
2. Check what was included in the offer, contents can vary, even if the name looks the same.
3. Review your inventory, boosters, energy, or other items may already be added automatically.

If something still seems wrong, contact us directly from the game and describe exactly what’s missing.

Fishdom regularly features limited-time promotions and personalized offers. They may differ between players depending on your progress, activity, or location. Each offer has its own timer, which starts when it appears, and once it expires, it can’t be reactivated.
