You can transfer your game progress from your old device to a new one if the game on your old device is connected through Facebook or your Apple ID. This will also allow you to play across multiple devices linked with the same account.

Your progress is saved automatically while your device is connected to the internet, and it won’t be lost even if you reinstall the game.

To transfer your progress to a new device, make sure both devices have the latest version of the game.

Here’s how to transfer your progress:
1. Download the game from the App Store and install it on the new device.
2. Open Fishdom on the new device and complete the tutorial.
3. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
4. Open Settings and connect the game using the same method you used on your old device.
5. A window will appear offering to load your existing game from our server.
6. Select Yes and type CONFIRM.

Once you confirm your choice, your game progress will be transferred.

If you reset all the settings on your device, you can only restore your progress if the game is connected via one of the methods mentioned above.
