You can transfer your game progress from your old device to a new one if the game on your old device is connected using one of the supported methods (Facebook, Apple ID, and Google Play). This will also allow you to play across multiple devices.
To transfer your progress to a new device, make sure both devices have the latest version of the game. Google Play and Apple ID only sync within their own platforms (iOS ↔ iOS, Android ↔ Android).
Here’s how to transfer your progress:
1. Download the game from an app store and install it on the new device.
2. Open Fishdom on the new device and complete the tutorial.
3. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
4. Open Settings and connect the game using the same method you used on your old device.
5. A window will appear offering to load your existing game from our server.
6. Select Yes and type CONFIRM.
Once you confirm your choice, your game progress will be transferred.
PLEASE NOTE
Your progress is saved automatically while your device is connected to the internet, and it won’t be lost even if you reinstall the game.
If you reset all the settings on your device, you can only restore your progress if the game is connected via one of the methods mentioned above.
