Sometimes as part of your daily bonus you get an unlimited booster when you return to the game after some time away, or for completing the first stage of a competition. You can use the booster as many times as you want until the timer runs out.

Any booster that you choose at the start of the level can be unlimited: Lightning, Lightning and Dynamite, and Double Bombs.
