Experiencing connection issues? Try these steps:
1. Make sure you are connected to a network and that the connection is stable.
Even if your network indicator shows a strong signal, it doesn’t always guarantee a stable connection. The network could be overloaded, for example.
2. Switch to Wi-Fi if you’re using mobile data.
We recommend using a Wi-Fi connection or at least 3G/4G for playing, as they provide a stable connection.
3. Restart your device and log back into the game.
