If the purchase did not appear, contact our support team. In your request, please include:

The exact amount of the items you purchased (e.g. 100 T-cash, 500 coins, 1 coupon for upgrade factory)

The time of your purchase.

A copy of the receipt or a screenshot of your purchase history. The receipt is emailed to the account used to make the purchase soon after the purchase is completed. You can find more information about your purchase history in the customer support section on the Apple website.
📌 IMPORTANT NOTE: Without a receipt or a screenshot of your purchase history, we won't be able to help you properly. The receipt must include the date of purchase, the name of the bundle, the price, and the transaction number.
📌 Please note that we do not accept bank statements or SMS alerts about money withdrawals.
