Each animal family in the Zoo always consists of four animals.

Sometimes it may look like a family has only three animals. This is because the fourth animal isn’t shown yet, not because the family actually has only three members.

How to get the reward

To receive the reward, you need to:
- collect all cards for each of the four animals in the family.

Once you collect the full family, you’ll receive Township Cash as a reward.

The reward for collecting a full animal family is granted automatically — no additional actions are required.

Didn’t get the reward?

If you didn’t receive the reward, it most likely means that:
- only three animals have been collected so far.

As soon as you collect the last card, the reward will be issued automatically.
