Zoo orders are requests from Zoo visitors and animals for town goods. You can complete these orders on your own or ask friends for help.

Filling Zoo orders

To fill a Zoo order:
- open the order,
- provide the required goods,
- select Give to complete it.

Some orders can also be completed using a coupon, if you have one.

Rewards for Zoo orders

By filling Zoo orders, you can:
- earn coins and experience points,
- make progress toward unlocking a Zoo reward chest,
- receive animal cards and other prizes from reward chests.

Each Zoo order you complete moves the progress bar closer to the next reward chest.

Order availability and limits

• You can have up to 5 Zoo orders available at the same time.
• Completed orders are replaced with new ones every 2 hours.
• You can check the timer showing when new orders will appear in the order window or on the Zoo Order Board.

Zoo Order Board

• You don’t need to enter the Zoo to manage orders.
• You can view your current Zoo orders and required goods on the Zoo Order Board near the bus stop, which lets you track and plan orders directly from your town.
