You can transfer your game progress to a new device by connecting the game to the same account (Facebook, Google, or Apple ID/iCloud) that you used on your old device.
📘 Using Facebook:
- Install the game from the app store on your new device.
- Connect the installed game to the same Facebook account used on your old device.
- A prompt will appear asking if you want to load your saved game from our server.
- Select "Yes," then enter the word CONFIRM.
📗 Using Google Account (for Android devices):
- Install the game from the app store on your new device.
- Connect the installed game to the same Google account used on your old device.
- A prompt will appear asking if you want to load your saved game from our server.
- Select "Yes," then enter the word CONFIRM.
📱 Using Apple ID (iOS 13+ and macOS Catalina 10.15+ and later):
- Install the game from the App Store on your new device.
- Connect the installed game to the same Apple ID used on your old device.
- A prompt will appear asking if you want to load your saved game from our server.
- Select "Yes," then enter the word CONFIRM.
☁️ Using iCloud:
- Connect your new device to the same iCloud account used on your previous device.
- Download the game from the App Store.
- Your progress will automatically load from the cloud.
Useful information to keep about your town:
– The exact name and level of your city, including capitalization, spaces, and punctuation. Example: “Los-Angeles” and “los angeles” are considered different names.
– Co-op tag (in the format #XXXXXX, found in the co-op menu).
– Friend invitation code.
⚠️ Please note:
- Due to technical limitations, progress transfer between Windows and other platforms (iOS, Android, macOS) is not possible. If you play on Windows, you can only transfer progress to another Windows device.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable and your device meets minimum system requirements.
- Please note that access to Facebook services may be restricted in some countries or regions. In such cases, we comply with local laws.
