The Friends feature lets you connect with other players, track their progress, send gifts, and help each other in the game.

Where to Find Friends

  • Select the Friends (cup) icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  • Inside, you’ll find two sections:

1.Friend List – your current friends and pending requests.

2.Add Friends – ways to invite or discover new friends.

Adding Friends 

You can add friends in several ways:

1.Search by ID – enter another player’s User ID to send a request.

2.Referral Links – invite new players through a special link (shareable from the Find Friends tab).

3.Facebook Connect – if supported in your country, sync your account to automatically add FB friends who play Township.

4.Suggested Friends – you may also see a list of players recommended by the game. These suggestions are based on things like mutual friends, team members, country, or tournament activity. You can:

  • Select Add to send a request.

  • Select Dismiss to remove them from the list.

  • Suggestions appear more often if you have fewer friends.

Friend Requests

  • You can have up to 300 active outgoing requests at once (they expire after 6 months).

  • Incoming requests are unlimited, but you’ll only see up to 50 at a time in the Friends tab.

Friend Limits

  • You can have up to 300 friends in total.

  • If you reach the cap, you’ll need to remove someone before adding more.

  • Facebook friends are merged into your in-game list — they count toward the 300.

Managing Friends list

  • To remove an in-game friend, open your Friend List, select the player, and tap the Remove button.

  • To remove a Facebook friend, unfriend them directly on Facebook. They will disappear from your in-game list after you restart the game.

Gifts and Help

1.You can send up to 5 gifts per day. After sending, a balloon with your avatar appears in your friend’s town. Gifts reset daily.

2.Friends can request help in the Train, Airport, or Zoo.

  • Helping earns you coins, experience, and clovers.

  • At the Airport, you also earn Leaderboard points based on the product’s production time.

3.You can also use Help Coupons to instantly fill a request.

Facebook Connect (Restrictions)

1.FB Connect is not available in some regions or on iOS 10 and below.

2.If supported in your country, syncing will:

  • Add your FB friends who play Township.

  • Update your avatar with your FB profile picture (if available).
