What are teams?
- A team is a group of players who join together to help each other and chat in the game. At level 12, you can restore the Teams Center, where you can create your own team or join an existing one.
- A team can have up to 50 members.
- Team members exchange resources, lives, and collection cards to speed up town development.
Creating and joining a team
To create or join a team, you’ll need:
- at least level 12;
- a restored Teams Center;
- 1,000 coins.
How to create your own team:
- Open the Teams Center and go to the Create tab.
- Enter your team’s name. Be careful — once chosen, the name cannot be changed.
- Select an emblem and team type (these can be changed later):
Open: anyone can join without approval.
Closed: players must send a request, which you can accept or decline.
(The “By request” type is no longer supported.)
- Tap Create.
Please note: the leader cannot set a minimum required town level higher than their own.
How to join an existing team:
- Choose a team from the list in the Search tab and tap Join.
- Search for a team by name in the Search tab.
- Accept a friend’s invitation from their profile.
Deleting a team
There is no delete button. If all members leave, the team is deleted automatically.
Team name
The name of a team cannot be changed. Please choose it carefully:
- don’t use offensive language;
- don’t include personal information.
Team emblems
Each team has an emblem made of:
- a frame,
- a symbol,
- background colors or a country flag.
Some emblem frames unlock when the team earns achievements.
Only leaders and co-leaders can edit the emblem:
- Open the Teams Center.
- Go to the edit menu.
- Tap Edit next to the emblem.
Rewards when leaving a team
If you leave during a Regatta, the points you earned stay in the team’s total, but you won’t receive rewards from that Regatta.
